ATBP FiveM servers run in Singapore. Ping from Metro Manila to our Singapore servers is usually 40 to 80 ms, and can be a bit higher from Cebu and Davao. These are typical numbers, not a guarantee: your own ISP and Wi-Fi matter too.
4 GB suits a small or test server. 6 GB is the usual choice for a QBCore or ESX roleplay server with 20 to 32 players, 8 GB for a busy server with many scripts and custom maps, and 12 to 16 GB for heavy servers with lots of streamed cars and maps.
Every FiveM server needs a license key from Cfx.re. It is free: sign in at portal.cfx.re, create a server key, and paste it in at checkout.
