Typical ping is measured from our side on the real connections of players on each ISP right now, so it reflects actual gameplay. Mobile networks (Smart, DITO) vary more than fibre. A dash means too few players on that ISP at the moment to say.
What to do
Only your ISP shows a problem
The slowdown is inside your ISP's network, between you and Singapore. Restarting the router rarely helps. Switching to another connection (mobile data or a different ISP) or a VPN usually works around it until your ISP fixes the route.
Everything is normal, but you still lag
Check your server's console in the game panel: high TPS lag from plugins or too many players looks like network lag in the tab list. Our ping guide walks through it, or open a ticket on Discord.
